Ingredients
  

  • 2 Chuck steak about 1 inch thick
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp Fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 tsp Fresh rosemary chopped

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Steaks: Pat the chuck steaks dry with paper towels. Rub olive oil on both sides and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Prepare Garlic Herb Butter: In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic, parsley, thyme, and rosemary until well combined. Set aside.
  • Air Fry the Steaks: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through.
  • Add the Garlic Herb Butter: In the last 2 minutes of cooking, place a tablespoon of garlic herb butter on each steak to melt.
  • Rest and Serve: Once done, remove steaks from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with additional garlic herb butter if desired.
