- 8 oz Fettuccine Pasta
- 1 lb Shrimp peeled & deveined
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 3 Cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes optional
- Parsley for garnish
Cook the pasta: Boil salted water and cook fettuccine until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sauté the shrimp: In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add shrimp, season with salt & pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Make the Alfredo sauce: In the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter, add minced garlic, and cook for 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
